Finally, open the door and loot the fridge when the second guy in the room begin smoking at window. Secondly, go back to the first floor and go to the other side of the door mentioned above. First, go inside the room as usually and walk to the door at the end of room and remove the barricade that prevent you to open the door from the other side.
